Cooking is about more than simply mixing the right ingredients together and putting the results on a plate. It is about selecting the right foods, crafting them into tasty morsels, and presenting them in a way that brings a smile to both the patron and the chef’s face.

Ethnic cuisine, like Thai, goes well beyond the unique ingredients and preparation methods. Each recipe tells a story, and helps bring life from a nation clear on the other side of the globe here, to the quiet city of Marion, MA.

Cilantro is the dream of two sisters, Padee Phmolmas and Tammy Keyes. It is their wish to introduce authentic, high quality, Thai food to the good people of Marion and surrounding cities.
